Lancaster, CA - Thirty-one teams in four division participated in A&V's 2nd Ring Tournament. Here is a recap of the weekends' events:

Lake Elsinore, CA - The Keep It Simple squad continued their impressive Inland Empire tournament play dating back to 2007. Great hitting, coupled with tremendous team speed and solid defense, proved too much for GEF in the Championship game. Manager/pitcher Blake Hunsaker set the example for his young team (including son, Brandon) with his gritty, get dirty "gamer" style of play. A&V Softball Tournaments held the first of two Annual Ring Tournaments on Saturday June 7, 2008 at Big League Dreams in Cathedral City.
Thirty six teams from around the greater Southern California Metropolitan area participated in the event. To say this tournament was competitive is an understatement.. Touranment director AL ACOSTA noted that 47 of the 68 games were decided by one run.
